"Education spaces for entrepreneurial training and employability for young migrants in Sucre."

IPTK

Justification

The main problem that the project addresses is the limited opportunities for young migrants established in the city of Sucre to access the job market due to underdeveloped entrepreneurial skills and weak employability competencies. The segment of young professionals in Sucre is one of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in terms of employment. The current labor market situation excludes a significant portion of them from the possibility of obtaining a job, and those who manage to secure employment often do so under precarious and low-quality conditions.
