Justification<\/h2>\n

In District 7, rural area of the municipality of Sucre and part of District 6, with more than 12,000 inhabitants, they have a population that mostly lives in extreme poverty, this situation causes a serious deterioration of its population, mainly children and girls under 5 years of age, women in pregnancy and of childbearing age having food insecurity as one of the main causes, where the quality of their food does not meet the minimum recommended requirements, which makes the majority of the population between 18 to 50 years migrate in search of better life opportunities to various cities where they also live in conditions of very worrying poverty.

General Objective<\/strong>: Reduce the situation of poverty and exclusion of peasant families and with special incidence of women in rural districts 6 and 7 of the municipality of Sucre.<\/p>\n
