The 15 communities of Surumi and Guadalupe in the Municipality of Colquechaca (Potos\u00ed Department), with more than 31,000 inhabitants, have the most impoverished indigenous peasant communities in Bolivia, where 97% live in poverty. The Municipality of Colquechaca has one of the lowest HDI Human Development Indices. The main problem in the area is the situation of poverty and social exclusion of the indigenous population.<\/p>\n
The new proposal is proposed as continuity and second phase of the project financed by the Ay. in 2015 and contributes to reducing the situation of poverty, inequality and exclusion of the rural population of the municipality of Colquechaca in the department of Potos\u00ed, in a sustainable way, considering prevention \/ adaptation measures to climate change and natural disasters.
