The Municipality of Colquechaca has one of the lowest HDI Human Development Indices. The main problem in the area is the situation of poverty and social exclusion of the indigenous population.<\/p>\n<p>The new proposal is proposed as continuity and second phase of the project financed by the Ay. in 2015 and contributes to reducing the situation of poverty, inequality and exclusion of the rural population of the municipality of Colquechaca in the department of Potos\u00ed, in a sustainable way, considering prevention \/ adaptation measures to climate change and natural disasters.<br \/>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;
