The Justice, Peace and Integration of Creation Movement (JPIC) was founded in Bolivia in July 1983 to promote a greater commitment of the Franciscan family to the socio-political reality that marked the country at that time.<\/p>\n
In its last elective assembly, one of the agreed lines of action was the formation of leaders for social transformation according to the requirements of reality. In response to this, the training of 35 national leaders in the peaceful resolution of conflicts within the MJPIC is proposed, which, in the near future, will lead and motivate them to create within the Movement a Community Center for the Peaceful Resolution of Conflicts and, in the long term, it becomes a Conciliation Center duly endorsed and recognized by the Plurinational State of Bolivia.<\/p>\n
Based on this training and motivation of leaders, institutional steps will be taken to allow the MJPIC-Bolivia to create a Community Center for Peaceful Conflict Reconciliation that will lead the parties to agreements under private contracts that, in due course, if so the parties wish, they can bring to the corresponding instances of law to approve them. Subsequently, it is planned to take steps before the Vice Ministry of Justice and Fundamental Rights to transform it into a recognized Conciliation Center according to the criteria of Law 708.
