background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<h2>Justification<\/h2>\r\nThe municipality of Pocoata, according to the INE Census, presents its unsatisfied basic needs in 91.6%, with the HDI low of 0.329, which clearly shows the serious deterioration of the human resource, mainly of boys and girls under 5 years of age, women in gestation and of childbearing age, having food insecurity as one of the main causes, where the quality of their food does not meet the minimum recommended requirements; their average per capita income is $ 219 \/ year \/ family.\r\n\r\nThe food of these peasant families depends on 90% of their local production, which is insufficient due to the gradual deterioration of their natural resources due to the irrational exploitation of peasant families, due to the effects of climate change, which causes a drop agricultural production.\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;
