Justification<\/h2>\n

The COVID 19 Pandemic has generated a change of context in El Salvador; Thus, socioeconomic vulnerability in the municipalities of El Pa\u00edsnal and San Pablo Tacachico is more visible and felt by the population and especially by women, who are facing a variety of problems, many of them serious (loss of identity, low self-esteem, migration inside or outside the country, joining gangs and committing criminal acts, problems of alcoholism or drug addiction, early maternity or paternity, infectious and contagious diseases, sexual violence, intra-family violence…).
