In the area of \u200b\u200bintervention, the absence of specialist doctors in the public health system is a fact, the majority attend in private spaces. In addition, the public health system works with children up to the age of 5 and does not collaborate with civil society organizations. This leaves a wide swath of the population uncovered from any free health care system.
