The project consists of renovating the living area of the Sociedad Antoniana home for the elderly, which provides basic health care to these residents to ensure that they benefit from a healthy environment tailored to their needs following the COVID-19 pandemic. The project will strengthen the organizational structure and enhance the living conditions of the elderly residents and the staff who care for them. This project will enable this staff to overcome current difficulties and continue welcoming and providing professional health care to the elderly population in Bethlehem who normally have little or no access to it.

Goals
Overall Goal: Improve the living conditions of the elderly at the Bethlehem home for the elderly and create new job opportunities.
Specific Goal:
- Provide a dignified and healthy environment and improve the hygiene and sanitary conditions for the elderly living in Bethlehem.
- Create new job opportunities for unemployed young people living in Bethlehem, who lack jobs and vocational training.
Target population
(50 women and 16 employees +9 workers).
