The COVID 19 Pandemic has generated a change of context in El Salvador; Thus, socioeconomic vulnerability in the municipalities of El Paísnal and San Pablo Tacachico is more visible and felt by the population and especially by women, who are facing a variety of problems, many of them serious (loss of identity, low self-esteem, migration inside or outside the country, joining gangs and committing criminal acts, problems of alcoholism or drug addiction, early maternity or paternity, infectious and contagious diseases, sexual violence, intra-family violence…). Therefore, the importance of strengthening the capacities of the population and, especially, of women, to demand and attend to fundamental human rights, especially economic and social rights, attending to the immediate and strategic needs and interests of the population selected for this Project.

Objectives
General objective: Contribute to the socioeconomic development of the population of the municipalities of El Paisnal and San Pablo Tacachico, enhancing organizational, productive and business management capacities, through the equitable inclusion and efficient use of the resources available in the municipalities, in the new context of the pandemic due to COVID 19.
Specific goal: Strengthened organizational, participatory and economic capacities of 200 people (100 women and 100 men), who are part of 4 community development associations (ADESCO), from the municipalities of El Paisnal and San Pablo Tacachico, with equitable inclusion and efficient use of the resources available in the municipalities, so that they are agents of their own development, in the new context of the COVID 19 pandemic.

Activities:
- Prepare annual plans for the 4 Community Development Associations (ADESCO).
- Design and present 4 documents of demands of Community Development Associations (one per association), to the corresponding Local Governments.
Develop 8 participation and debate activities (Forums). - Installation of 100 diversified family production systems for basic grains, vegetables and poultry, owned by women, with agroecological management and gender equity.
