This project arises as a continuity of the project “Strengthening the Intermediate Therapy Unit of the George Duez Hospital” financed by the Oñati City Council in 2020 and which allowed improving the attention capacity of the HGD in the face of the impact of Covid-19 in Sucre given the emergency latent, which eventually brought to light another problem: the effects and sequelae that the virus leaves in infected people. For this reason, more specifically, the population to which this project is directed are patients affected or threatened by Covid-19 and those who have suffered from the disease and who are carrying sequelae, often difficult to attend to.

Objectives
General Objective: Contribute to reduce the effects and sequelae of Covid-19 in vulnerable patients in the municipality of Sucre.
Specific Objective: Strengthen post-Covid-19 patient care at the George Duez Hospital and raise public awareness of the pandemic.
Main population
(2,700 women and 2,300 men).
