Alternative educational spaces for entrepreneurial training for young migrants from Sucre, Phase 2
JPICJustification
The project will contribute to improving the living conditions of young people in situations of economic vulnerability in the city of Sucre, many of whom come from rural areas.
Of the 95 young people surveyed, 61% report having completed a university degree but have been unable to find employment, while the rest are currently studying or have completed a technical qualification. Faced with this situation of unemployment, they are forced to start economic activities or access informal employment.
Thus, given a technical and university educational offer that does not respond to the current socioeconomic context and challenges, nor to market demands, and where economic entrepreneurship is not promoted, young people face barriers and limitations that hinder their productive and economic inclusion.
The proposal responds through technical training adapted to the context and designed to reduce environmental impact through an environmentally friendly approach, specialized support in business incubation processes for triple-impact ventures, and coordination and alliances with actors from the entrepreneurial ecosystem offering financing options.

Objectives
General objective: Contribute to reducing youth unemployment by improving the possibilities for inclusion of young women and men in the labor market through productive triple-impact economic ventures.
Specific objective: Generate opportunities for young migrant women and men established in the city of Sucre to enter the labor market through economic ventures developed within the permanent training program, with a gender and equal opportunities approach.

- Agreements with the Departmental Directorate of Education for the processing of basic and auxiliary-level technical courses.
• Development of the basic and auxiliary-level technical training curriculum.
• Equipment and complementary supplies for technical training workshops in specific sectors.
• Call for applications and implementation of the technical training program for young people.
• Monitoring and evaluation of young people’s technical skills.
• Mapping of emerging youth-led ventures in the local context.
• Basic equipment for the operation of a triple-impact business incubator, CERPI-lab, to support young entrepreneurs.
• Ideation workshops, idea enhancement, and business model development for products/services through startup weeks, based on the social economy and triple impact.
• Technical and financial assistance for the development of high-fidelity prototypes and market testing in the local context.
• Workshops and events for the development of soft skills focused on entrepreneurship.
• Implementation of graphic branding for youth-led ventures.
• Linking young people to seed capital competitions organized by Sucre’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Practical workshops on financial management and decision-making using gamified tools and business simulators.
• Mentoring sessions with entrepreneurship experts from Sucre.
• Workshops to socialize and explain financial products for young people.
• Linking young entrepreneurs to financing sources through banking and institutional entities, with technical financial advisory support.
• Systematization and promotion of success stories of young entrepreneurs supported by the project.
